How does the after sales service work?

Perfect, in Emsonline we have a technical department that will solve any incident in the shortest possible time. We are also at your service via whattsapp, mail or phone 24 hours a day.

How often can we use EMS?

The ideal would be twice a week with a break between sessions of at least 48 hours but it will also depend on the quality of training and objectives, of course the program chosen and the hertz at which we will work, you can ask for advice via whattsapp to our technicians.

Do I have any limitation to install the APP on different android devices? 

No problem, you can install and train as many times as you want and on as many android devices as you need.

Why will I have stiffness after my EMS session?

EMS achieves a much higher fibrillar recruitment than we can achieve in a conventional way and at the same time it can contract more than 300 muscles at the same time, that is why in the first sessions we can have stiffness that will surely disappear over time once we adapt to the training.

How many electrodes are in the suits and where are they located?

Our electro stimulation suits have 20 electrodes (10 pairs) and are located in:

Upper tract, trapezius, biceps, triceps, pectorals, dorsals, lumbars and abdominals, lower tract, glutes, quads and hamstrings.

What is the delivery time?

From the payment of 100% of the proforma invoice and if there is available stock of the requested sizes between 7 and 10 days. It can also be brought forward or delayed depending on the destination.

Is EMS safe?

Without any doubt, respecting the contraindications and respecting the conditions of use there is nothing to be worried about, our equipment complies with the safety standards and the intensities are well below those allowed. We reach up to 10 MA and medical equipment can reach up to 120 MA, so the EMS current is very weak and safe.
